A high-level delegation from Jiangsu Province, China, and the Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development, Dr Ali Haidar Ahmed, today, to enhance cooperation in vocational education and training. During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was exchanged between Maldives Polytechnic and the Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality to strengthen collaboration in technical and vocational education and training (TVET). The visit highlights the shared commitment of both sides to promoting skills development, cultural exchange, and sustainable workforce growth.
