Three key development projects begin in Feevah

Groundbreaking ceremony of the new three-storey building at Shaviyani Feevah School

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu attended the inauguration ceremony of several key infrastructure projects in Shaviyani Feevah, including the construction of a new school building, a fitness recreation centre, and a police station.

The inauguration took place as part of the President’s ongoing visit to Shaviyani Atoll.

A three-storey building project for Feevah School has been awarded to the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) and was officially inaugurated by the Minister of Cities, Local Government, and Public Works, Adam Shareef Umar.

Additionally, the fitness and recreation centre project, contracted to Fenaka Corporation, was inaugurated by the Minister of Sports, Fitness, and Recreation, Abdulla Rafiu.

The Feevah Police Station project was inaugurated by Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusaan and Commissioner of Police Ismail Naveen.

The inauguration ceremonies were also attended by Milandhoo Constituency MP Hassan Mufeed and Feevah Council President Ali Rasheed Hassan.
