First Lady Sajidha Mohamed attended the 2025 graduation ceremony of Excel International School, held at the Central Auditorium of Maldives National University.

During the ceremony, the First Lady presented trophies to 78 Senior Kindergarten graduates of Excel International School, including students from SKG E, SKG F and SKG I, along with 14 students from SKG A.

She also recognised 28 students for memorising sections of the Holy Quran, ranging from one to four juz. In addition, a special commemorative plaque was presented to Aisha Ailis Ahmed Saeed in recognition of her achievement in securing first place in the 37th National Quran Recitation Competition.

The ceremony was attended by the school’s senior management, teachers, students and parents.

Excel International School commenced operations on January 3 2013, and has since provided education to more than 8,000 students. The school currently has 1,013 students enrolled and offers education up to the preschool level, with a stated mission of nurturing children with strong values and positive behaviour within the community.
