Maldives Red Crescent (MRC) is hosting the inaugural RCRC South Asia Women’s Conference.

The conference brought together delegates from South Asia, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Government representatives, embassies, and corporate organisations.

The first day of the conference featured panel discussions on the experiences of women in leadership roles across South Asia. The sessions explored the challenges and opportunities faced by women aspiring to leadership positions in various sectors.
