Registration has opened for the 2025 BML Wow Kids Run, an annual children’s running event organised by Bank of Maldives (BML) in collaboration with Total Fitness Group (TFG). The event is set to take place on September 12, 2025 at Hulhumalé Central Park.

Now in its tenth year, the event features multiple race categories based on age, with varying distances and parent-child participation. Children aged 2 to 3 years will take part in a 1-kilometre run with a parent, while those aged 4 to 6 yearswill cover 2 kilometres, also with a parent.

Participants in the 7 to 9-year category will complete a 3-kilometre run, and children aged 10 to 16 years will be assigned a 4-kilometre course. The runs will include activity stations along the route, offering interactive elements to participants.

The organisers have confirmed that registration is open online, with the process available through the official event page. No deadlines have been announced, but participation slots are expected to be limited. The BML Wow Kids Run has been held annually since its inception and is among several events aimed at encouraging physical activity among younger age groups.
