The Privatisation and Corporatisation Board (PCB) has appointed Ibrahim Naseem as the new Managing Director of the Road Development Corporation (RDC), following a leadership reshuffle involving both RDC and the Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

Naseem replaces Ahmed Zuhair, who was recently appointed Managing Director of HDC. According to the PCB, Naseem’s appointment was made to fill the vacancy left at RDC following Zuhair’s move to HDC.

Prior to this appointment, Naseem served as State Minister at the Ministry of Construction. He also previously served as RDC's Managing Director during the administration of former President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom, and later as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Housing.
