The Rashu Expo, a special exhibition focused on domestic tourism, will be held at Hulhumale' Central Park from February 13 to 15, 2025.

Organised by Travel Guys, the event aims to showcase the unique features of Maldivian islands and rural communities. Islands from across the country have been invited to participate, highlighting local culture and traditions while promoting tourism opportunities in these areas.

The expo will also provide information about the geography of the Maldives, including details about islands with identical names. Additionally, Guesthouses from participating islands will offer information regarding packages designed for Maldivian travellers.

Organisers expect 40 to 60 rural areas to participate, making the event a major platform to support and promote community-driven tourism initiatives.
