MMPRC launches promotional campaign at Fitur 2025

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has launched its promotional activities at FITUR 2025, the year's first major travel trade fair.
Taking place in Madrid until 26 January, the event features MMPRC alongside 25 partners from the nation's tourism industry.
FITUR, one of the tourism sector's most prestigious events, represents the largest gathering targeting Latin American markets and industry experts. According to MMPRC, their participation will strengthen the Maldives' brand presence across Spain and Europe while fostering key relationships with regional travel agents.
The fair serves as a vital platform for showcasing the Maldives' distinctive experiences, allowing individual properties to highlight their latest offerings. The Maldivian stand emphasises the nation's luxury, romantic, adventure, cultural, and sustainable tourism credentials. Visitors can sample local cuisine and view promotional videos, with ITA Holidays offering a chance to win a complimentary Maldivian holiday through a raffle draw.
Spain maintained its position among the top 10 tourist markets last year, contributing 47,835 visitors. MMPRC plans additional activities this year to sustain this momentum.
