President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed Ahmed Nashid and Abdulla Nashid as members of the Maldives Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). The appointments were formalised during a ceremony where the two took their oaths before Supreme Court Justice Uz Mahaz Ali Zahir, with President Dr Muizzu presenting their appointment letters. Ahmed Nashid brings law enforcement experience as a former Assistant Commissioner of Police, while Abdulla Nashid’s background includes educational management and leadership roles at Aasandha Company.
