The Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) will host an open day, also known as fahi dhuvas, tomorrow to highlight its work and achievements over the past year. The event will take place at H. Sakeena Manzil, 4th floor, Apartment 4B, from 9 am to 11 am.

This initiative aims to foster greater engagement between the public and the DJJ, providing an opportunity to understand the department's role and accomplishments. Senior officials, including Uz Ahmed Siddeeq, Minister of State for Homeland Security and Technology, Juvenile Justice Coordinator Shazeena Saeed, Director Hawwa Zimna, Senior Legal Officer Fathimath Fazila, and Director Ali Auzam, will be available to address queries and share insights into the DJJ's operations.

In a parallel event, the NCAT will also host its own open day tomorrow. The event, scheduled at the NCIT office from 10 am to 2 pm, will feature briefings on the organisation's functions. This event is similarly open to the public, further promoting transparency and community engagement.
