Visit Maldives unveils updated logo and brand identity

The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) has introduced a refined version of its logo and updated brand identity, marking a significant step in enhancing the consistency and visibility of the Maldives’ tourism image across global platforms.
The update comes as the organisation is officially renamed to Visit Maldives Corporation Limited,
The rebranding was formalised following a Presidential Decree issued by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu under Act No. 19/2025. The company’s new name aligns directly with its international tourism brand, “Visit Maldives,” reinforcing a unified image for promotional efforts worldwide.
The President’s Office highlighted that the corporation was originally established to support the Government’s goal of expanding and diversifying the tourism sector. Its mandate remains focused on positioning the Maldives as a world-class destination through continuous, targeted, and sustainable marketing initiatives.
The updated logo features subtle colour refinements and a more prominent logotype, aimed at improving brand recognition, especially in high-visibility formats such as international advertising campaigns. In addition, revised brand guidelines place greater emphasis on destination-centric imagery and streamlined visual elements to ensure a more cohesive identity across digital and print materials.
The revised logo and visual identity came into official use from July 6, 2025 and will be rolled out across all platforms in the coming weeks. The rebranding is part of the company's efforts to maintain the Maldives’ position as a leading global travel destination, while ensuring the visual identity of “Maldives… The Sunny Side of Life” remains relevant and impactful in a competitive tourism market.
