First Lady Sajidha Mohamed attended the closing ceremony of the 63rd National Table Tennis Tournament 2025, held at the Malé TT Hall on Saturday night. She also witnessed the final match of the competition.

At the ceremony, the First Lady presented awards in the 1st Division Women’s and Men’s Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles categories, as well as in the 1st Division Women’s and Men’s Team Events. Awards and commemorative certificates were also conferred on players for other rankings achieved during the tournament.

This year’s tournament, which commenced on 25 August, brought together a total of 95 participants, comprising 58 men and 37 women.

The closing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation, Abdulla Rafiu, along with several other Cabinet ministers.
