President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has returned to Malé after concluding a two-day visit to Fuvahmulah City and Addu City.

During the visit, President Dr Muizzu met with members of the City Councils and Women’s Development Committees (WDCs) from both cities, and engaged with residents to discuss their concerns and development priorities.

In Fuvahmulah, the President initiated projects in key sectors including education, healthcare, housing, and transport. Meanwhile, in Addu, ongoing and planned developments focused on sports, education, healthcare, urban infrastructure, and community welfare.

The President also inaugurated the Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) Air Corps’ first air station in Gan, Addu.

The President was accompanied by Cabinet Ministers and senior Government officials, who provided updates on national and regional development efforts throughout the visit.
