President Dr Mohamed Muizzu is set to meet members of the business community on Wednesday, as part of a series of public engagement meetings held to gather views and address concerns.

Chief Spokesperson at the President’s Office Heena Waleed said on Sunday that the meeting will take place on 17 December 2025 at 8:30 p.m. at the Social Centre.

She said the meeting forms part of the President’s ongoing efforts to engage directly with the public, seek consultations and listen to concerns of citizens.

President Dr Muizzu has been holding similar meetings across the atolls, as well as within districts of the Greater Malé Region, marking the first time a sitting President has conducted such direct public engagement at this level.
