First Lady Sajidha Mohamed has arrived in Addu City as part of ongoing campaign activities ahead of the upcoming elections.

She arrived on Tuesday evening following a series of campaign activities including door-to-door engagements in Fuvahmulah City and Thinadhoo City, where she met residents and held discussions with candidates contesting under the People’s National Congress (PNC). During those visits, she engaged with mayoral, council and Women’s Development Committee (WDC) candidates on their campaigns and priorities.

The visit forms part of PNC campaign efforts nationwide ahead of the Local Council and WDC elections on 4 April, alongside a referendum on holding presidential and parliamentary elections on the same day.
