President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with members of the ADh Mandhoo Island Council and the Women's Development Committee (WDC).

The meeting, which took place at the ADh Dhangethi Council Secretariat, centred on the need for more infrastructure projects and services to improve residents' quality of life.

The Council expressed concerns over the lack of developmental projects on the island in recent years, highlighting critical areas in need of attention.

They raised requests for additional classrooms in the island school, upgrades to the local health centre, and the establishment of ATM services. The Council also urged the President to improve transportation networks, making travel to Male' more accessible for residents.

In response, the President assured the Council that these concerns would be addressed promptly. He added that the Administration had already initiated efforts to expand ATM services across the country.

The President was joined by Cabinet Ministers who provided updates on the current development initiatives in Mandhoo.
