President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended Islamic New Year greetings to the Heads of State and government of Muslim countries and leaders of Islamic international organisations.

In messages sent to leaders across the Islamic world on the occasion, the President conveyed his best wishes for the new year.

The President also reaffirmed the importance of maintaining close bonds of friendship and cooperation within the Muslim Ummah.

He concluded his messages by extending his sincere prayers for Almighty Allah's guidance and blessings upon Muslim communities around the world in the year ahead.
