The Ministry of Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development (MoHE) has welcomed a delegation from Kasetsart University, Thailand, to explore potential avenues for academic collaboration.

In a statement shared on its official X account, the Ministry highlighted that discussions focused on key areas such as scholarships, grants, and student exchange programmes. These initiatives aim to foster academic growth and promote cross-cultural learning.

The Ministry described the meeting as a significant step toward strengthening educational ties with Thailand. It further noted that the collaboration could pave the way for greater access to international learning opportunities for Maldivian students.
