The Maldives Food and Drug Authority (MFDA) has announced that services currently provided through the “Dhirithi” portal will be transferred to the Government’s oneGov portal.

In an announcement, MFDA stated that the registration service for individuals producing and selling food for livelihood purposes will be moved to the oneGov platform from June 7.

The authority said services on the Dhirithi portal will be suspended from 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, as part of the transition process. During the suspension period, existing user data on the Dhirithi portal will be migrated to the oneGov system.

From June 7 onwards, new applicants will be able to submit registration requests exclusively through the oneGov portal.

MFDA said the change is part of ongoing efforts to streamline Government services and provide public services under a single digital platform.
