The Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Fitness has launched a call centre service to provide the public with easier access to ministry services and information through a single contact number.

Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sports and Fitness Abdulla Rafiu inaugurated the service. The ministry said the call centre connects callers directly to the relevant departments, enabling enquiries to be handled more efficiently and making it easier for the public to access its services.

The call centre can be reached on 3347300 on Government working days from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, while the same number will also remain available outside official working hours. The ministry added that the service is supported by a modern call management system that records and logs every call to help improve service delivery.
