The Ministry of Finance has instructed all Government offices to finalise their procurement plans  by January of the upcoming year.

Offices have been given a deadline of January 16, 2025, to complete their procurement plans. The Finance Ministry has further clarified that the finalised plans for councils must be submitted by January 26, through the Bandeyri portal.  

In accordance with the Public Finance Act, the Ministry holds the authority to mandate centralised purchasing, operations, and service management across state offices. This directive aims to streamline procurement processes and ensure efficient resource allocation.
