The public health insurance scheme, Aasandha, has urged citizens to report concerns regarding the availability of medicines covered under the programme. 

In a recent social media post, the company urged individuals who face challenges such as paying out of pocket for medicines or encountering medicines not covered by the scheme to lodge their complaints via the hotline 7951400.

Aasandha has requested that reports include a detailed message with the prescription letter, the name of the pharmacy, and a copy of the receipt. These details can be shared through Viber to streamline the complaint process and enable prompt action, Aasandha said.
