Dubai-based real estate company SAMANA Developers and global luxury lifestyle brand ELIE SAAB have opened sales for villas in a USD 600 million (MVR 9.2 billion) luxury resort being developed in the Maldives. 

The project, Samana Ocean Views, located in Haa Alif Medhafushi, features 190 high-end units, including beachfront villas, over-water bungalows, and poolside apartments. Spanning 507,651 square feet, the resort is tailored for affluent buyers seeking exclusive holiday homes.

Priced at USD 2.3 million for poolside apartments and USD 3 million for villas, the development is aimed at the ultra-wealthy. Interiors for the units are designed by ELIE SAAB, reflecting a blend of contemporary luxury and the natural beauty of the Maldives.

The resort, which is set to be completed in 2029, will also feature premium amenities, including three restaurants, a spa and wellness centre, an 18,000-square-foot daycare facility, and water sports facilities.

Situated a 20-minute speedboat ride from Hanimaadhoo Airport and a 45-minute seaplane journey from Malé, the resort offers convenient access for international buyers.
