He highlighted the nation's diplomatic efforts, including a Declaration of Intervention supporting South Africa's case against Israel at the ICJ and backing a UNGA resolution seeking an advisory opinion on Israel's humanitarian obligations. The President reiterated support for Palestinian statehood, adherence to pre-1967 borders, recognition of East Jerusalem as Palestine's capital, and pledged continued diplomatic, moral, and humanitarian support.
