Jamiyyath Salaf is set to host a special workshop for women, titled ‘Roadha Kanbalun 1446’, as part of its ongoing Javaahiru programme series designed for women.
The workshop, open to girls and women aged 15 and above, will focus on understanding the significance of Ramadan, how to cultivate spirituality, and how to make the most of the blessings of its days and nights. It will also provide insights into maintaining a meaningful relationship with the sacred month as a Muslim woman.
A qualified scholar, holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Umm al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia and currently pursuing a PhD at the Islamic University of Maldives, will conduct the sessions. The scholar has previously led various Islamic sessions for women on behalf of Jamiyyath Salaf.
The workshop will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, and will be conducted in two sessions. The first session will run from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by the second session from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Participants interested in attending must fill out an online registration form, after which they will receive further details. A registration fee of MVR 150 is required for participation.
For registration, interested participants can complete the Google form shared by the organisation.
