Dhiraagu has been confirmed as the exclusive Digital Partner for Dhaalan: National Skills and Career Expo 2024, organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development. The event is set to take place from 15 to 16 November at Central Park, Hulhumale’.

The expo aims to bring together a diverse crowd of attendees, from different government ministries, agencies, private companies as well as educational institutions such as universities and colleges. The main goal is to provide career guidance and create awareness regarding educational opportunities and methods for skills development for Maldivian Youth. 

By partnering with Dhaalan, Dhiraagu is determined to contribute to the socio-economic development of the Maldives by cultivating talent and promoting new and innovative ideas through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. 

At the event, Dhiraagu will host a dedicated stall which allows for attendees to explore career opportunities within the company and learn more about the Dhiraagu Apprenticeship Programme. This initiative is aimed at fostering local talent and helping the Maldivian youth realise their full potential and guide them to be better prepared for the future. 

The announcement regarding this partnership between Dhiraagu and Dhaalan was made by Dhiraagu’s Brand and Marketing Communications team on 14th November. This step taken by Dhiraagu, reaffirms their commitment to nurturing and empowering youth and their dedication to developing crucial sectors in the Maldives in order to improve daily life for all Maldivians.
