As Malé Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) marks its 30th anniversary, the company has launched a special promotion titled 'Ekuveri Ramadan 30' in celebration of the month of Ramadan.

Through this initiative, three customers who pay their bills via the MWSC app will have the opportunity to win an Umrah trip.

According to MWSC, the promotion aims to reward customers in connection with Ramadan, encourage more users to familiarise themselves with the MWSC app, and increase the number of customers making digital payments.

The company hopes the initiative will help streamline bill payments, saving time for customers while promoting the modernisation and digitalisation of its services.

To participate in the promotion, customers must meet the following criteria: they must be a domestic MWSC customer, make at least one bill payment through the MWSC app during the promotion period, and ensure that any overdue payments are settled before the promotion ends.

MWSC stated that the three winners will be required to utilise their Umrah trip within one year from the date of the announcement. If a winner is unable to use the trip, they will be given the option to transfer it to another person.

The date of the lucky draw will be announced at a later stage, and the winners will be officially revealed through MWSC’s social media platforms, website, and other customer communication channels.
