Four men have been arrested following a violent break-in and assault at a residence in the Galolhu area of Male' City.

The incident occurred at around 12:45 a.m. last night, when the suspects forcibly entered the home, threatened the owner, and damaged property.

The Maldives Police Service (MPS) responded to the scene and arrested the four individuals. They have been identified as Mohamed Aflah (23), Ibrahim Ahnaf (21), Mohamed Azan (23), and Ali Nawaf (21).

The four men were brought before a local court on March 9, where they were remanded in custody for 15 days. The police are continuing their investigation, though the motive behind the assault remains unclear.
