The Vice President of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Ibrahim Rasheed, has resigned amid efforts to remove him from his position.

Ibrahim Rasheed was appointed to the position on September 3, 2020.

Following his resignation, the CSC has expressed their gratitude for his services, stating that his leadership and vision played a crucial role in shaping the future of the Maldivian Civil Service and bringing meaningful changes through digitalisation initiatives.
