The Ministry of Higher Education, Labour and Skills Development has announced the opportunity for Maldivian students to apply for master’s degree programs in China under the 'Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Programme'.

According to an announcement published in the Government Gazette on Thursday, the scholarship covers all expenses, and the selection of candidates will be handled by the scholarship provider.

Interested applicants must submit their applications online through the Chinese Government Scholarship System before March 30, 2025.

The 'Youth of Excellence Scheme of China Programme' will offer scholarships to 200 students worldwide, with the Master's degree program lasting one year.
