The Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has announced a temporary water service interruption at Hiyaa Flats 9-16 due to an issue with the booster pump system.

The disruption is expected to occur from 23:00 on March 23, 2025, until 02:00 on March 24, 2025 for residents living on the 9-16th floors.

MWSC issued an apology for any inconvenience caused by the interruption and assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. Residents of Hiyaa Flats 9 to 16 are advised to plan accordingly during the service downtime.

The company also provided an update via social media to inform residents of the situation, emphasising its efforts to maintain services and address any operational issues as quickly as possible.
