As Muslims around the world celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446H, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has extended warm greetings on behalf of the Government and the people of the Maldives to the leaders, governments, and citizens of Islamic nations.

Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer, and self-reflection observed by millions of Muslims globally. It is a time of joy, gratitude, and togetherness, reinforcing the values of compassion, unity, and generosity.

In his message, President Dr Muizzu reflected on the spiritual significance of this auspicious occasion, expressing hope that it would inspire people to uphold the teachings of Ramadan in their daily lives.

Concluding his message, the President offered a prayer for Almighty Allah’s boundless blessings, wishing prosperity, happiness, and success for the leaders and people of Islamic nations.
