President Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with Maldivian students residing in Liverpool, United Kingdom, over lunch, with a primary focus on their well-being, academic experiences, needs, and concerns.

During the meeting, he reaffirmed his Administration’s unwavering commitment to supporting students pursuing higher education abroad.

President Dr Muizzu expressed his pleasure in engaging with Maldivian students and commended their aspirations and achievements. He highlighted the Government’s initiatives aimed at enhancing the education sector and reiterated the Administration’s dedication to addressing the challenges encountered by students.

The President places significant emphasis on engaging with Maldivian communities in the countries he visits. Such interactions provide invaluable insights into the experiences of Maldivians residing overseas and contribute to the development of policies designed to alleviate their concerns.
