The Maldives has condemned Israeli violent attacks on Gaza schools and the destruction of a medical warehouse belonging to the Saudi Centre for Culture and Heritage. 

In a statement issued on 5th April, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli forces bombing and killing dozens of people at Dar Al-Arqam School in Gaza, which was used as a shelter for the internally displaced people. 

The Government also condemned the violent attack on a medical warehouse operated by the Saudi Centre for Culture and Heritage in the Morag area in Rafah. This attack destroyed essential medical supplies used to help people affected by the war.

The Maldives urged the international community to take urgent action to end the Israeli violence against the Palestinian people and to ensure continuous humanitarian access to the Gaza Strip. It also reaffirms its support for the establishment of an independent and sovereign State of Palestine. 

The Maldives has always condemned the Israeli violent attacks on Palestine and has always supported establishing an independent Palestinian state.
