At a special event held at Orange Hiya to commemorate 52 weeks of dedicated service by the Health Ministry’s civil servants, First Lady Madam Sajidha Mohamed delivered an inspiring message. She urged greater collaboration and dedication in implementing government policies.
In her address, the First Lady emphasised the importance of unity among civil servants, particularly in the field of health, to ensure the effective execution of policies aimed at improving public welfare. She highlighted the pivotal role health workers play in raising awareness about critical health issues and stressed the need for them to educate the public on the dangers of harmful habits such as vaping.
Madam Sajidha praised the sincerity and dedication of health workers, recognising their commitment to the welfare of the community. She further underlined the importance of collaboration between civil servants and policymakers, calling for a unified approach to addressing public health challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
As a gesture of gratitude, the First Lady presented the “Badge of Appreciation” to the civil servants of the Health Ministry, acknowledging their tireless efforts and contributions over the past year.
The event served as a testament to the dedication of health workers and a reminder of the collective responsibility shared by civil servants in building a healthier and more informed society.
