The annual Vacation Expo, one of the Maldives’ most prominent tourism events, is set to return from April 17–20, 2025 at Hulhumalé Central Park. 

Organised by Highrise Private Limited, this year’s edition will feature a special Umrah trip giveaway, alongside a wide array of travel-related exhibits, promotions, and networking opportunities everyday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

According to the organisers, one attendee will be selected to receive a complimentary Umrah pilgrimage, adding a spiritual dimension to the tourism-focused event. The expo is expected to draw significant footfall, with over 40 exhibitors participating from various sectors of the travel and tourism industry.

Exhibitors include local and international tourist hotels, guesthouses, airlines, travel agents, Government bodies, embassies, and healthcare providers from countries popular among Maldivians seeking medical treatment. Marine and adventure tourism operators will also be in attendance, offering insights into sea sports and outdoor experiences.

Throughout the four-day event, visitors will have free access to exclusive travel packages, daily prize giveaways, and consultations on a wide range of travel services. The expo aims to serve as a central platform for both leisure and business travellers to gather information, make bookings, and explore the latest trends in the travel industry.
