Vice President Uz Hussain Mohamed Latheef attended the fourth session of the High Achievers’ Award 2024, where O-Level students were recognised for their outstanding performance.

Held at the Maldives Centre for Social Education (MCSE), the session saw the Vice President, joined by Education Minister Dr Ismail Shafeeu and other senior officials, present trophies to 360 high-achieving students. 

This year’s High Achievers’ Award ceremony spans five sessions over the weekend at the Social Centre, honouring more than 1,800 students who excelled in the 2023 and 2024 secondary and higher secondary examinations.

The event includes the awarding of Presidential Prizes to top scorers in O-Level and A-Level exams, Presidential Scholarships to A-Level first-place holders, and High Achievers Scholarships to students who earned A grades or higher in all subjects.
