The practical work on the causeway connecting Laamu Dhan’bidhoo and Kalaidhoo has officially commenced. The construction of the Dhan’bidhoo-Kalaidhoo causeway was inaugurated by Minister of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Dr Abdulla Muththalib at a ceremony held in Kalaidhoo, as part of President Dr Mohamed Muizzu’s ongoing visit to the atoll. The project is being implemented by the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
