President Dr Mohamed Muizzu attended a reception in Berlin on Tuesday evening marking the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Maldives and Germany.

The event brought together members of the Maldivian delegation accompanying the President, senior German Government officials, members of the diplomatic corps based in Berlin, and Maldivians residing in Germany.

The reception formed part of the President’s ongoing visit to Germany, which includes a series of official engagements.

During the evening, a raffle draw was held, with selected attendees receiving holiday packages to resorts and guesthouses in the Maldives.
