Visit Maldives concludes superyacht campaign with global showcases

Visit Maldives Corporation (VMC) has concluded its superyacht promotion campaign, which included participation in major international yacht shows aimed at strengthening the Maldives’ presence in the luxury tourism segment.
The campaign, launched in late 2025, focused on engaging key stakeholders in the global yachting industry, including yacht owners, charter brokers and high-net-worth travellers, as part of efforts to position the Maldives as a destination for superyacht tourism.
As part of the initiative, Visit Maldives participated in the MYBA Charter Show and the Monaco Yacht Show, where promotional materials highlighting the country’s offerings for superyacht travel were shared with industry professionals and decision-makers.
The campaign also incorporated digital outreach targeting industry stakeholders, alongside participation in international platforms such as the Superyacht Spice Route, aimed at increasing visibility along established maritime routes.
VMC said the campaign recorded increased engagement and interest across its activities, including growth in inquiries following participation in the international events.
They added that it will continue efforts to expand its presence in the global yachting sector as part of broader plans to diversify tourism and attract higher-value visitor segments.
