Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has opened several lots developed at Malé North Harbour for lease, inviting interested parties to submit bids for the commercial spaces.

MPL said that Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 at North Harbour are being offered for lease. Interested parties may submit bids for one lot or multiple lots under the bidding process.

The company said parties wishing to participate must complete registration through an online form before 11:00 a.m. on June 11. MPL noted that bids submitted by parties that have not registered will not be accepted.

An information session for prospective bidders is scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 11 at the MPL Head Office. The company has also invited parties seeking further clarification to submit queries via email before 2:00 p.m. on the same day.

MPL said bid submissions must be delivered to its Head Office before the deadline of 11:00 a.m. on June 14. Proposals are required to include the price offer form and all documents specified in the bidding information sheet.

The North Harbour development is part of MPL's efforts to enhance commercial and operational facilities within the port area, with the company periodically making developed spaces available for business activities through competitive bidding processes.
