President, Police Executive Board discuss strengthening police services

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has met with the Executive Board of the Maldives Police Service to discuss improving police services, strengthening institutional governance and advancing the organisation's strategic objectives.
The meeting, held at Police Headquarters, Shaheed Hussain Adam Building, was attended by Minister of Homeland Security, Labour and Technology Ali Ihusaan, Commissioner of Police Ahmed Mohamed and members of the Police Executive Board.
Discussions focused on improving the quality of police services, strengthening the governance of the institution and achieving its strategic objectives. During the meeting, President Dr Muizzu stressed the importance of maintaining the Maldives Police Service as an exemplary institution that prioritises the needs and concerns of the public, while highlighting the Executive Board's role in strengthening the administration of the police service.
The Commissioner of Police and members of the Executive Board reaffirmed their commitment to achieving the strategic objectives of the Maldives Police Service, strengthening public trust and maintaining peace and security across the Maldives.
