Velana International Airport (VIA) has successfully handled its first-ever sea-to-air transshipment cargo from Cambodia, marking an expansion of its sea-to-air connectivity network into Southeast Asia. The milestone was achieved through collaboration with Qatar Airways and coordination by CEF Logistics, further strengthening Velana International Airport’s role as a key link connecting Asian and European markets. VIA said the development reinforces its position as an emerging hub for regional and global cargo transportation.
