Maldives Police Service has begun search Maldives Police Service has launched a search operation in Malé City following the disappearance of a 30-year-old man reported missing by his family.

Missing is Hassan Yameen of Galolhu Garnet, Malé. 

According to the Maldives Police Service, his family reported him missing around 8:30 p.m. on July 14, three days after he was last seen leaving his residence at approximately 9:25 p.m. on July 11.

Police have since launched a search operation to locate him and are appealing to the public for any information that could assist in the investigation.

Police have urged anyone with information on Hassan Yameen’s whereabouts to contact the police hotline at 3322111 or reach out to the Henveiru Police Investigation Unit at 9400053.
