The State Electric Company (STELCO) has announced that electricity supply has been fully restored following Saturday’s power outage in Malé and Hulhumalé.

In a post on its official X account, the company said all areas have now regained power. Customers who have not yet had their electricity restored have been advised to contact STELCO’s hotline at 104. The company also apologised for any inconvenience caused.

The outage, reported at around 9 a.m. on Saturday, affected both Malé and Hulhumalé.
