Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure has announced the completion of six road development projects since President Dr Mohamed Muizzu took office. These are road development projects in Shaviyani Milandhoo, Gaafu Dhaalu Thinadhoo, Addu City, Raa Ungoofaaru, Phase 1 of Fuvahmulah City, Addu City, and Addu City Exim Loc area.

In addition, the Government has handed over 87 new road development projects across the country. These include: seven islands in Haa Alifu Atoll, six islands in Haa Dhaalu Atoll, seven islands in Shaviyani Atoll, five islands in Noonu Atoll, four islands in Raa Atoll, three islands each in Baa, Lhaviyani and Kaafu Atolls, five islands in Alifu Alifu Atoll, two islands in Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, three islands in Meemu Atoll, two islands each in Faafu and Dhaalu Atolls, eleven islands in Thaa Atoll, eight islands in Laamu Atoll, four islands in Gaafu Alifu Atoll, three islands in Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, along with two projects in Fuvahmulah City and seven islands in Addu Atoll.
