The Privatization and Corporatization Board has appointed four members to the Board of Directors of Visit Maldives Corporation Limited.

In a statement, PCB said Hudha Fahumy, Aishath Malha, Ali Sinan, and Aishath Ali have been appointed to the board on 26 April. 

The current board also includes Chairperson Abdulla Ghiyas Riyaz, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Ibrahim Shiuree, and non-executive members Maha Naseer, Aminath Wulaau Mohamed Nazim, Abdulsameeu Imad, Aishath Hameed, and Sabiha Ahmed.

Visit Maldives Corporation Limited, formerly Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC), was renamed in July 2025 under President Dr Mohamed Muizzu. The company is mandated to promote the Maldives as a global tourism destination while maintaining its position as a high-end, sustainable market.
