The High Achievers' Scholarship policy now allows students to change their programmes of study under specific conditions, including before any payments are made or during the first semester with proper justification. Students can now also directly enter Master's programmes without completing a Bachelor's degree, whilst maintaining the original four-year scholarship duration. These December 2024 amendments replace the stricter 2019 rules which had prohibited programme changes after initial payments.
