China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) has been tasked with building critical infrastructure in Gulhifalhu under the Binveriya scheme. The project includes roads, utility systems, and urban facilities to support the growing community, following an agreement formalised at the President’s Office. CMEC brings over 14 years of experience in Maldivian development to this transformative initiative.
