The Maldives passport has been ranked South Asia's most powerful for another consecutive year, holding 53rd globally with access to 94 visa-free destinations. This marks an improvement from last year’s 57th position, reflecting the country’s growing diplomatic influence and global mobility. Compared to its regional neighbors, the Maldives continues to lead, with India ranking 85th and other South Asian countries trailing further behind.
